3. Delivery
We currently offer free tracked shipping on U.S. orders.
Orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days after being placed.
This generally includes order preparation and transit time. During particularly busy periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control, delivery may take up to 12 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

4. Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are handled separately and may qualify for a replacement or full refund at no cost to the customer.

5. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, colours, measurements, and other information are accurate.
However:
- Colours can appear differently depending on your screen or device
- Small variations may occur between products
- Measurements may vary slightly
If you receive an item that is materially different from what was advertised, please contact us.
6. Pricing
Prices may change from time to time.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after an order has been placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund the affected item.
Discounts, promotional offers, and promotional codes may be subject to additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted.

Unless otherwise stated, content on sliken.com, including Sliken branding, written content, graphics, website design, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed for use by Sliken.
